I watched a great nighttime lighting tutorial for Unreal 4 and took a bunch of notes on how they went about setting up the lights in their scene. Here is the tutorial!

Here is the result I was able to get in class today. There is something in the scene that is casting some ambient light so I will have to troubleshoot further to be able to get the scene darker.
