Week 9 / Class 17

I ran into some personal issues this week so I wasn't able to get too much done. For this class, I switched over my red neon sign to mesh lights and tried to get some of the noise out. I turned off the emission of my big marquee so I could just focus on the noise coming from the red neon sign.
